The email address

Write to [email protected]. That is the only way to reach us, and we never message readers first on any platform.

This address will never ask you for anything

We will never email you asking for a password, a verification code, a seed phrase or an authenticator recovery key, and we will never ask you to send funds anywhere. If a message claiming to be from this site asks for any of that, it is not us.

What we will always act on

In order of how fast it gets handled:

  • Factual errors. A number, rule or step here does not match what the platform currently shows. Tell us which page and when you looked, and we will check it. Confirmed errors get fixed and logged on the corrections page.
  • Stale content. A route closed, an entry point moved, a screenshot no longer matches the interface. We often cannot spot this ourselves in time and depend on readers noticing.
  • Wording problems. A passage reads ambiguously, or a risk is described more lightly than it deserves.

What we cannot help with

Better to say this plainly than to waste your time:

  • Restricted accounts, frozen assets, verification that keeps failing. Only the platform's own support and the relevant authorities can act on those. We are a third party with no access to your account and no back channel.
  • Requests to operate an account, receive or forward funds, or hold assets for someone.
  • Questions about what to buy or when. This site does not give investment advice.

Commercial enquiries

We take referral fees from exchanges. We do not take paid articles, do not accept arrangements that require changing a conclusion, and do not sell links on this site. The full position is on the disclosure page.

Four things that make a correction fast

If you are reporting an error, including all of these in one message saves a round trip:

  • Which page. Paste the link, or give the title. There are a lot of pages here and "the one about fees" is hard to place.
  • Which sentence. Quote the passage you think is wrong.
  • What you actually saw. For example, "the fee page showed a different number when I looked today".
  • When you saw it. This one matters more than people expect. Platform rules change, and the same sentence being right last month and wrong this month is completely normal.

Channels this site does not have

Worth stating flatly, because impersonation is the reason this section exists: email is the only channel.

There is no group chat, no support account, no instant messaging window of any kind, and we do not send unsolicited messages anywhere. If someone claiming to be this site contacts you through social media or a group — particularly if they want account details, a verification code, or a transfer to some address — that is not us.

By the same token, we will never ask you for account credentials. We have neither the ability nor any reason to touch your account.

What happens after you write

The process is fixed. We go back to the official page or original source and check. If the problem is real, the text gets corrected, the date on the page is updated, and the change goes on the corrections log. If we check and conclude the original was right, you still get a reply explaining why — nothing gets quietly ignored.

One thing to set expectations on: this is not a full-time operation, so replies are not instant. Factual errors jump the queue; everything else gets there in its own time.
